Dr. Asia-Nacar brings over 30 years of Pediatric Experience. She has an extensive clinical background
and expertise in treating children and young adults with medical complexities allowing her to treat a
wide variety of patients. She is committed in providing a meaningful difference in improving her
patient’s quality of life.
She graduated with her Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from EAC, Manila Philippines and received her
Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Utica College in 2015. She is NDT (Neurodevelopmental
Treatment) and INFS - Thera Suit Method (Intensive Neuro Functional Strengthening) trained Physical
Therapist and DMI (Dynamic Movement Intervention) Level A certified practitioner.
She is currently working on her board certification as Clinical
Specialist in Pediatrics.

Dr. Jovelyn Asia-Nacar, PT
Owner

Dr. Minnie Chou
PT,DPT
Minnie graduated from New York University with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2008. She has worked with children in home based settings, schools, and private outpatient clinics. She believes a strong body makes a strong mind and encourages children to be physically active. She collaborates with families as well as other professionals to help meet each child's needs. She loves to be creative and uses different approaches to help children and families achieve their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her own children, playing the piano, and reading.
Dr. Catherine Escobillo-Garces
PT,DPT
Catherine received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Montana. She has more than 15 years of experience in school-based, home care as well as outpatient medical setting in New York City. She has worked with children with a variety of developmental challenges and physical disabilities such as; Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD/ADD. Neurodevelopmental disorders, gross motor delays, and developmental coordination issues. She has a passion for working in pediatric physical therapy and supporting each child to reach their potential by providing strategies, building on their strengths, and collaborating with the family and other professionals involved in the child's life. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys a good Netflix binge, listening to music and doing karaoke.

Sarah Masboob
Administrative Officer
Sarah graduated from Queens College with her Bachelors in Psychology in 2011. She has worked as office manager/Service Coordinator for Steps n' Strides & Gold pediatrics efficiently running the clinic's needs from intake to initial contracts/authorizations, acting as a liaison with the district administrators, scheduling, and helping families navigate the system to get their child services. She also has over 10 years of experience with health insurance contracts and medical billing. Outside of work, Sarah loves to spend her time trying out new baking recipes, hiking, reading and travelling.
